Each commission is created in my own painting style, using layered colour, expressive brushwork and atmospheric detail to capture the feeling of a place rather than reproducing it exactly. Reference photographs are used as a starting point, then reinterpreted through colour, light and texture to create something personal and completely unique.
The Process
Enquiry
Get in touch with your idea, reference images and any details about the place or memory you would like captured.
Size & Concept
Together, we’ll decide on the size, composition and overall direction for the painting.
Confirmation
Once the commission is confirmed, a deposit will secure your place and painting can begin.
Creation
Your artwork will be painted by hand in oils, with the process shaped by my signature approach to colour, atmosphere and fragmented mark-making.
Completion
Once finished, your commissioned artwork will be signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity as a Commissioned Original — 1 of 1.

I accept a limited number of commissions for original oil paintings inspired by meaningful landscapes, places and memories.
Commissions are accepted selectively throughout the year.
Pricing varies depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. If you have a special place, landscape or memory you would like transformed into an original painting, I would love to hear about it.
